
The Aston Martin Valen is a limited-production, two-seat V12 supercar created by Q by Aston Martin. It combines a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 producing 850 PS and 1,000 Nm with rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. Its lightweight carbon-fibre body, aluminium structure, magnesium wheels, semi-active dampers and carbon-ceramic brakes are designed to give the car a sharper, more focused character than Aston Martin’s conventional V12 models. Production is limited to 150 cars worldwide.
At the heart of the Valen is an all-alloy 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 with four overhead camshafts and 48 valves. The front-mid-mounted engine develops 850 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque and is paired with an 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a bespoke-calibrated 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox. The drivetrain also uses an alloy torque tube, carbon fibre propeller shaft and electronic differential for improved traction and cornering behaviour.

The Valen uses an extruded bonded aluminium body structure combined with extensive carbon fibre bodywork. Carbon fibre is used for the inset bonnet, outer door panels and bodysides, helping reduce weight while supporting the car's high-performance objectives.
