The CZ26 is based on the technical architecture and performance characteristics of the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, but almost every visible element has been redesigned to create a completely individual Ferrari.

From its wide, horizontal proportions to its extensive aerodynamic development, the CZ26 demonstrates how Ferrari can transform an existing high-performance platform into a highly personalised one-off automobile.

Distinctive New Design

The CZ26 adopts a highly horizontal design theme with a distinctive two-box silhouette. Its central capsule-like body is surrounded by muscular wheel arches, giving the car a wide and planted appearance.

At the front, a full-width functional grille incorporates ultra-thin lighting elements, brake cooling openings, sensors and other technical components. A pronounced vertical leading edge adds to the car's aggressive character.

The rear follows the same philosophy with a sharply truncated tail, cantilevered taillights and a wide horizontal diffuser. Carbon-fibre elements extend visually from the wheel arches and reinforce the technical appearance.

Ferrari says the design takes inspiration from Italian industrial design principles of the 1970s while interpreting them through a modern performance-focused approach.

Exclusive Colours and Materials

The exterior is finished in Argento Veloce, a special silver shade with a liquid-like appearance. Rosso Lampante accents provide contrast across selected aerodynamic and technical elements.

Pigmented carbon fibre further highlights the complex bodywork, while the bespoke 20-inch wheels combine gloss-black paint with a shot-peened finish. Natural titanium exhaust outlets complete the exterior treatment.

Inside, the CZ26 uses black technical fabric alongside satin and gloss carbon-fibre surfaces. Bespoke seat inserts are produced using additive manufacturing, while red details and an embroidered CZ26 emblem reinforce the one-off character.

Aerodynamics Developed from the Ground Up

Ferrari has extensively reworked the aerodynamic package of the CZ26. The cooling system has been redesigned with a repositioned central radiator arrangement and dedicated bypass ducts to improve thermal management and front-axle downforce.

The underbody and vortex-generator system have also been revised to improve aerodynamic balance.

At the front, an air-curtain system manages airflow around the front wheels to reduce drag. At the rear, a large upper spoiler and dedicated diffuser generate additional downforce while maintaining aerodynamic efficiency.

Ferrari has also redesigned the engine cover with dedicated ventilation openings to improve heat extraction from the engine compartment.

SF90 Stradale-Based Performance

Beneath its unique bodywork, the CZ26 retains the high-performance plug-in hybrid technology associated with the Ferrari SF90 Stradale.

The system combines a 3.99-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with three electric motors. Total system output reaches 1,000 cv, while the combustion engine itself produces 797 cv and 804 Nm.

The electric system uses a 7.9 kWh battery and produces up to 162 kW. Ferrari lists an electric-only range of up to 25 km.

Power is delivered through an 8-speed dual-clutch F1 gearbox, with Ferrari's electronic control systems managing the car's four-wheel-drive and dynamic performance characteristics.

Performance and Dimensions

A Truly One-Off Ferrari

The CZ26 is part of Ferrari's Special Projects programme, which creates unique vehicles tailored to individual clients. Each project begins with the customer's concept before Ferrari's design team develops the proportions, styling, technical details and final production specification.

Ferrari says the complete process generally takes around two years, with the client closely involved throughout the design and development stages.

The result is a Ferrari that exists as a single example, combining Maranello's engineering standards with a design created specifically for one owner.
